Hygge. A response to D&AD John Lewis brief, improving and developing the store. I came up with The Hygge Experience, working towards reduced stress during Christmas shopping. This experience allows you to enjoy everything hygge, providing members with food and drinks during breaks from their stressful shopping. Everything amongst this space is available to be scanned during the John Lewis app, within the hygge feature. From this you're able to click, buy and collect when exiting the hygge experience.
